Dear friends,

PEERS needs your help. In the last four years, the PEERS websites have received over six million visits and over 10 million page views. Our email list just passed the 10,000 mark last month of caring subscribers from over 120 countries around the world. Through our websites and email lists, PEERS has touched and even transformed people's lives through spreading inspiration and education around the globe. We attract some amazing people who are truly making a difference in our world, yet we need your help to survive and to thrive.

We do our best not to bombard you with requests for donations, yet a few times a year I send out a message like this, as we really need your help to close our budget gap. Thanks to an incredible amount of volunteer support, PEERS manages to operate on a shoestring budget of about $30,000 per year. Almost all of our funds come from the generosity of caring people like you who believe in our work and send in donations.

I first want to sincerely thank all of you who have supported us in the past. You have enabled us to grow, to thrive, and to really make a difference in our world. Whether you have donated in the past or not, I invite you to help us now in our time of need. This year, we are almost $4,000 in the red so far. I ask you to consider the value of our work both to you personally and to our world. Then ask yourself, is the work of PEERS worth the price of a good book or a good meal in a restaurant to you? If so, I encourage you to donate that amount or more to support our work. Even $10 makes a difference to us.

We welcome checks and money orders in currencies other than U.S. dollars, though there is a significant fee to process these, so please only use other currencies if the amount is equivalent to US $40 or more.
